We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We ship as fast as possible, 95% of orders ship within 2 business days Monday - Friday, unless we are out of stock, and then shipping will take 7 to 10 days.
Occasionally on Holiday's, due to high volume, it will take us an extra couple of days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship by the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) in the US. For Canada, we ship International First Class Mail.

Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, we offer and encourage the sample size portions of our loose leaf or sachet teas.
This allows our customers to sample new teas at a modest cost. Note that sample size (1 oz) teas are not refundable.
In general, contact us within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
All returns must have return authorization from a Tastes of Tea representative before returning. For tea ware and accessories, there is a 25% restocking fee. Special order items cannot be returned.
